Orbitworks was established to help build sovereign space capability in the UAE. By creating local satellite integration, testing and mission operations infrastructure, we are enabling a new generation of defence, civil and commercial missions to move faster, operate with greater flexibility and access space through infrastructure based in the region.
Altair is Orbitworks’ AI enabled Earth Observation constellation, built in Abu Dhabi to deliver faster, more useful intelligence from orbit. By combining multiple sensor types with onboard processing, it turns raw data into outputs that can be acted on in minutes.

Orbitworks unveiled Altair, its AI-enabled Earth observation constellation and a major step towards operational space intelligence developed in the region.

The KEZAD facility was completed and production of the Altair constellation began in Abu Dhabi.
