HIRING PROCESS

What to Expect

We aim to keep the recruitment process clear, thoughtful and straightforward. While the exact stages may vary by role, this is the process most candidates can expect.

You’ll hear from the Orbitworks team with an introduction to the role and the opportunity.

Step 2

Introductory Conversation

An initial video call to discuss your background, interests and alignment with the role.

Technical or Role Screening

A more focused discussion with the hiring team to assess relevant experience, fit and expectations.

Challenge or Task

For some roles, we may ask candidates to complete a short exercise related to the work itself.
