In this customer facing Satellite Operations Engineer position, you will be the bridge between the technical and customer engagement roles at Orbitworks, helping to develop and promote Loft’s satellite operations solutions.

You will work closely with internal teams to ensure mission success while also presenting technical solutions to external clients. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and exceptional communication

skills, with a focus on driving future business and customer relationships in the region.

About This Role:

• Serve as a technical expert on satellite operations, supporting both internal teams and external clients.
• Operate Loft’s satellite fleet and support mission planning and execution.
• Present technical solutions and operational updates to clients, both locally and internationally.
• Work closely with Orbitworks leadership to align customer needs with operational capabilities.

Must Haves:

• Engineering degree with customer-facing experience in a technical field.
• Previous experience working in satellite operations.
• Programming experience (Python preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills; comfortable giving presentations and engaging with clients.
• Fluent in Arabic (local dialect or Modern Standard) and English, with the ability to bridge cultural and operational divides.

Nice to Haves:

• Python development experience.
• Experience presenting to executive stakeholders.
• A track record of delivering high impact in challenging operational environments.
